        There are times when the only viable option is to allow the Court to resolve the issues in dispute. That process, called litigation, can be the most contentious and expensive of dispute resolution options. We at Harvey, Mahoney & Bakis, PLLC pride ourselves on being mindful litigators. We do not argue issues just for the sake of arguing; nor do we encourage clients to fight battles that we know, based on the law and the client’s individual circumstances, cannot be won. We do not engage in “trench” fighting or fee churning tactics. Rather, we educate our clients with realistic expectations, empower them to decide which battles are actually worth fighting, and then advocate zealously on our client’s behalf. This approach achieves successful results and the respect of the judges in front of whom we appear.
